1996 Civic DX Sedan with D16y8 Auto Not Starting.
Here's what I've done so far and the results.

Verified there is fuel, the fuel pump starts, Fuel is pushing through the system. Verified by opening the release valve on the fuel rail a bit and watch the fuel drip out.

Unit has spark, replaced all plug wires and plugs, Tested each plug line and all good.

Unit will fire up on Ether. - (I know don't do this) but I wanted to make sure.

I'm at a loss what to do next.

I did get it to run for about 10 seconds on starting fluid, and it did Toss the following Codes:

P1768 - Automatic Transaxle Concerns
P0122 - P0122 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input
P0700 - Transmission Control System Malfunction

Now I'm not to for sure about the Transmission problems, as this car was dead on arrival, and the battery was dead so it just threw the codes when I got it to start for a second.

Would the TPS need replaced? Would that cause the car not to start??
