civic clogged fuel lines

civic clogged fuel lines
since it has been getting colder my civic takes a good minute and a half to start up can this be due to the cold weather, or can it be the fuel pump or fuel lines i also noticed idle is kind of low what can it be?? battery, alternator and starter are fine

I hate when people use the term "tune-up." It's a VERY generalized statement. What exactly was replaced?
At my old work, I tune-up started with just a spark plug replacement.

try some kind of gas-line antifreeze, such as isoheet......it works great to absorb water in your fuel tank and lines causing prolonged start ups
