Lets see:
The coil and igniter both need to recieve a supply voltage; The sensors inside the distributor need to send out valid signals; The igniter needs a signal from the ECU; Cap, rotor, plugs and wires need to be in good condition as well; Grounds should also be inspected and cleaned.
