1993 spark plug wires
I have a 1993 Honda del sol, I took off the distributor cap without labeling or taking a picture of it. Does any have a picture of where the wire go? My new distributor cap does not have a mark indicating which is the 1 spot. I just want to be 100% sure I have them connected properly.

The drawing is upside down compared to how the distributor will be mounted on the car. On the car the flat side will be at the top and slightly toward the front of the car. So the bottom back post is #1, then go around clockwise to 3 (top back), 4 (top front), and 2 (bottom front).
Cylinder 1 is the one farthest from the distributor. In other words use the longest wire for cylinder 1.
Never ever crank or run the engine with one or more spark wires disconnected. If you need to do that (e.g. compression test), unplug the harness wires from the distributor first. To do a cylinder drop test, unplug the fuel injectors one at a time not the spark wires.
