1993 honda civic starting problem need help
First off, I got the car the way it is.
Looks to be a automatic converted to 5 spd.
1993 civic ex coupe with a gsr swap. Everything ran fine after I changed the starter.
Then from time to time it doesn't start.
Changed the starter 3 times. Switched the wires, starter, distributor, but still have the same problem.
It'll make the starter"click " sound start then wont start
Last night it started fine after I change the fuse box (under the hood)but then this morning it don't start. It clicks and everytime it does, it sounds like the starter wont spark to start.
Anypositive feedback would be appreciated

Re: 1993 honda civic starting problem need help
there is a plug under the center console area on of the pins on it has to be grounded in order for the auto to 5 speed conversion to work so if you suspect it was converted i would look there first... its where your shifter is just take off the center console in case they tried to stash it under the carpet or something....
