1993 Civic EX D16Z6 Leak
So I noticed some antifreeze dripping off the oil pan this morning on hte same side as the timing belt/pump etc. Are there any water jacket sleeves that might also cause this leak or am I just faced with the prospect of a slowly failing weeping water pump nearly 60k after its installation. I know this would be a good time to replace T-belt again since everything will be open if its the case., but anything else one thinks should also be replaced at this point in terms of maintanence? The Timing belt, pump and tensioner were all done at 90k, car has nearly 150k on it. Gaskets, etc would be helpful so I dont have to spend as much time int he future servicing small leaks and the what not since everything else is pretty much original except for my drive shafts, tie rods (i and o) and tires

Coolant could be dripping out of the weep hole at the bottom of the lower timing belt cover. If it is dripping, it's likely the water pump is leaking.
You'd have to pull the crank pulley to remove the lower cover to inspect the water pump. I don't think you would be able to tell with just the upper cover removed.

As far as anything else goes, beside fluid changes, you'll have to inspect the car and give it a thorough shakedown to determine if anything else needs replacing. Bushings, bearings, brakes, tie rods, ball joints, shocks, fuel/brake lines...

Re: 1993 Civic EX D16Z6 Leak
Did the timing belt this past weekend, leak appears to have stopped, (Will know later today since I drove it to work) Apparently when I replaced the timing belt 61k ago, the water pump I replaced it with was not an OEM one (Even though the belt and tensioner were honda branded) so it started to fail about 61k into its life span, I believe it was a GMB but I dont remember what I purchased since it was approximately 6 years ago. The original water pump was 90k and like 13 years old and not leaking. Additionally I replaced my belts too, those appear to be 15-20 years old and mildly cracking....gotta love the south and OEM honda.
