Default 1.6 ZC swap in a 94 civic hatch???

Hey, I'm looking into getting a ZC for my '94 Civic cx Hatchback. I was wondering how much I should be looking to pay for this, should I get a diff tranny to go with the new motor, and if there might be any complications with the swap?
much apprecieated

This is the engine I"m looking at, doesn't say much about it and I haven't asked questions.

yep thats obd1, my friend bought that setup with a zc tranny for like 700 bucks shipped. Its a stright up plug and play, but u have to do some rewiring due to right hand driving jdm cars. USE THE USDM EX TRANNY!!! IT WILL RUN NICE@!
