1" MC on EG with Type-R 5lug..?
What MC/booster should I use for this setup..
any particular ones that might be bolt-on, or easier to install than others?

eg ek?
eg-my friend tried to use the mc and booster from the R and it kept on locking so we use 15/16, integra booster, 40/40.
ek i think you can use the mc and booster from a R with no problem

it breaks on a dime with the mc/booster/prop valve from the 90-93 ls.
with the R mc we had to cut and flange the brake lines and it kept locking up after
a little while of driving. so we took it back off and replace it all with the ls parts.

I am using a 1" GSR MC and I dont have any lock up problems.
I think it is recommened to go with the 1" setup on ITR calipers since Honda thought they needed the increase in volumn.
But I honestly don't think it will make a whole hell of a lot of difference to your average driver. At most you will see less pedal travel.

then you should probably match the system best you can.

I believe the ITR one will bolt right up with minimal bending of lines. So minimal that you should be able to do it by hand.

all but one. you can bend the right side line by hand to make it fit. on the R mc
theres a line on the left side of the mc, which you will have to cut the line shorter
and then flare the line so that the head will stay on the line to screw in.
btw: you can buy the pipe bender/ flare kit at autozone or your local parts store
