Icon2 06' si bucket seats in an EK

So my newbie nuisance got me in trouble for accidentally posting this in GDD and i got back some great feedback for doing so.(haha) Anyway, i was curious if anybody has tried installing 05'-09' civic (si) seats in their eks or any other model civic and if so, what is the magnitude of installation (bolt-in, min. fab work, lots of fab work, etc.)..? the input is much needed and appreciated, whether good or bad. thanks!

I've heard of 06 Celica GTS seats bolting straight up into a 95 Del Sol. So you're staying in Honda for the same era of SI. I seriously don't think you'd have much trouble.

a guy did it into either an ej1 coupe or eg hatch (cant remember) i would search for the thread he started. Honestly i thought it looked tacky... the seats are huge and take up the whole car. might as well throw a couch in there and call it good....just my opinion.

Can I ask where you've gotten your set? I'd really like to do this myself.

^, don't they have height adjustment? Or just because of the Sol's ceiling height?

^^^yea they do but the seat is still high even with the adjustment all the way down ....the ceiling height in the del sol may also play a factor as well ... but prolly fit alot better n eks or dc's
