I say go with the 5 lug.
Where are you going to be getting it from for $1000?
I'll take a set to if you are getting the complete suspension and rims for a G.

I'd be interested to see a comparison. I just did the 4 lug R swap and I bet it didn't weigh 20 lbs more for about 1000 times better stopping power.

It's not the extra lug that makes it weigh so much more. It's the massive calipers and rotors. My 5-lug '97 Civic EX Coupe w/ stock engine, 15" ITR wheels, Mugen Sports Suspension, front strut bar, and rear sway bar weighs in at 2625 lbs (w/ a full tank of gas). According to http://www.hondaswap.com, the '97 Civic EX Coupe w/ MT weighs 2496 lbs. So my car is 129 lbs heavier than stock. Now I'm guessing that half of that weight is from the 5-lugs and the other half is from everything else. Anybody know approximately which chunk of my vehicle weight gain is because of the 5-lugs?

That's because the 4-lug R brakes are more similar to GSR brakes than 5-lug R brakes, except their 4-lug pattern is different from the standard Civic/Integra 4-lug pattern.
Personally, I think that the ITR 5-lug wheels look much nicer than the '03 Si wheels.
