Default 00 Civic timing belt probs.

yeah i've tried searching for my prob. no help tho. i hope this is a relevant forum to put it in. oh well here it is:

so when i go to start my car i hear the timing belt make noise as it goes round and round. i thought i needed a valve adjustment but that wasn't it. its def. the belt. so its only when i start it. i'll hear it make noise all the way down my driveway as i reverse out. then when i go to a higher gear it goes away. then at stoplights/signs it doesn't make noise anymore. just when i start it and back out.
how can i go about and solve my prob? any suggestions?

thanks guys!!!

yeah, a timing belt is going to be a whine sound...that is if it's too tight. but being a 00 model you probly still have the factory belt on there so it's not too tight. check the tension on your outer belts.
