00 civic seat rail bOlt thread size

Sorry if this has been asked before couldn't find it here, but does anyone no the thread size for a 00 civic seat rail bolt I need to Helicoil it any help would be appreciated

no no no. do not helicoil a major safety item! drill it out a little bigger, tap it and use a bigger bolt!
