are u trying to convert to manual, or stay auto? you can stay auto with the B16 by using an automatic LS tranny or a JDM auto B16 tranny.
if you're converting to manual, you'll need a 5spd b-series tranny, clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, clutch pedal assembly, 5spd ecu, and also an auto-manual upper tranny mount if you've got a 92-95 civic.

you can use an auto P28 ecu and get it chipped or tuned for a B16. or get an auto b16 ecu from JDM land. you can use the LS auto ECU too but then you'll be shifting at 6500rpm at full throttle when the motor can easily take in 8000 revs. no to mention, no VTEC!

if you do a stick you will also need to wire up the park crank crap ect.
I thought about an auto for my girls swap but after looking into it I bailed.

Re: *auto B16 swap help* (madhatch)
im in the middle of a similar swap except its an auto LS teg swap into a 93 auto dx civic, I'm trying to figure out if the P75 auto ecu will run in the civic, from what I am finding out now the P75 used an external ecu to control the tranny, but the P06 DX ecu uses internal controls. At the point im at I just wanna know if i will need to wire in that external module??? anyone know where I can get in fo on this? I plugged the ecu into his car yesterday with the stock motor it ran it but the car wont shift out of Park, the shift lock out wont turn off with the p75 ecu.
