Default *** HELP*** 98 Civic Coupe / 99 GSR Swap Idles bad!!

At cold start car turns on fine idles 1.5 rpms,fire up the ac car falls below 1rpm, once i hit the highway or have the car running for a long time at stop lights or stops with ac on or not , car idles really bad 1-2.5rpms up and down bogs , now it idles at 3k rpms stays there for a few and then climbs from 1 rpm to 3 again , after i park the car at neutral the car stays at 3k rpms !! i shut it up try to start up again it wont fire back on , i would have to tap on the starter to make it turn back on !!!

can any one help me !!!

specs on the car ,

99/GSR p72-2 head so JDM?. w/ stock ex vtec harness
Skunk2 manifold,
Headers
Exhaust
intake
msd
ECU P72 and the car was never tuned !

clean your IACV and delete your FICV.
tune doesnt have anything to do with it.

1) If you cover the top of the throttle body of the idling engine, does the engine die?

2) The starter may be bad.

Never tried the first step will do ,

and starter is bad i would need to replace asap!

its under the TB.
loop the coolant lines from your IACV ot the intake mani.
its daisy chained.
from the thermo tube to..
iacv to
ficv to
intake mani.

jus by pass it and make a block off plate for it.
you dont even need it. its too warm up the car faster.
but not everyone lives in a cave or in canada.
but it makes a nice TB heater for the summer...
