[QUOTE=jbpnoman;48412504]Before you worry about any upgrades, you should be doing a full tune up. Get your security on point, thanks for the imput guys , the car is at 193xxx but the motor was rebuilt this past summer then the car was repainted and put into storage it has a new head water pump , belts timebelt new clutch brakes works fine new fluid all that stuff the car looks nice and it has less than 500 miles on it since the motor rebuild .. the only issue i had was a nasty oil leak which turned out to be the wrong oil pan gasket . I just fixed that (myself of course) 2 days ago .. a name brand suspension sounds good too for the #2 spot for me

save your money, don't do a damn thing. the only upgrade on a Honda should be a new car.

Common sense should be the first thing you invest in; that and a level head.

Once that's done, Security (as everybody has illustrated here), park that baby in a garage if you have one.
After that, plan out your build, stick to it; don't change gears every two weeks, focus on one aspect until it's done.
I've seen a few builds that have gone broke and badly because they tried to do too much at once, and too quickly at that.

The shotgun approach is NOT your friend.

Common sense prevailed here.
Find the best alarm you can get for the money you have in the budget you know if a thief wants your car he will get it.
I'm the same way. Nothing gets put on the car until it's fully secured with an alarm, sensors, hidden kill switches, etc.

And yet you are on a Honda forum. Wow...impressive response to this thread.
