Default $1300 93 Hatch, Deal or no deal? What do you think?

Found a pretty beat up hatch for the price of $1300.

Stock D15 motor with 123,xxx (didn't open hood to look in the engine bay was only told it was D15)/ manual tranny (no grinds)/ hoods bent from the hood latch/ interior's vinyl but driver seat's tore up/

blue-ish black-ish paint/ needs new paint overall/ fenders need new paint bad/ passenger door keyed up/

del sol rims with almost no threading left on the tires/ slammed to the ground (2.5 drop)/

Needs new corner lamps, tails (cuz of custom tails)/ front bumper kit falling off/ rear bumper dented in alil from driver side.

The guy's holding it for me until i make my decision...i just want to know what all you H-T peeps think. I've been looking for a project but don't want to spend an unneccessary amount of money to get one. I've spent a reasonable amount of money on my current car already and money is a bit low so $1300 is all i could afford. just don't want to invest in something that isnt worth it. (almost like buying the shell cuz i wont use the motor). Besides, it'll be nice to have a second car.

vx - 92hp
dx - 102hp
cx - 70hp
all 1.5 liter

all hatches come with manual roll down windows.

Well I paid 1300 for 92CX. Here is a list of how it was F'd up.

-Broken speedo
-202k on odometer (take in mind it hadn't been working for a while)
-Nasty blue interior
-Broken Tailights
-rattled like crazy
-cracked windshield

All in all I've replaced almost everything. Soon the only thing left that came from the factory will be the AC system.

body/chassis are in good shape, and you are up for doing the work to clean it up, then go for it.
