whats a 93 hatch shell worth?
clean title, no rust, no dents, needs paint. black interior, no wheels (just spares to help it roll), no exhaust, no engine/trans. manual pedals.
basically drop your swap in (with stuff like engine harness, ecu, radiator), hook up an exhaust, toss wheels on it and go for a ride.
I have no clue but I'm thinking $600?

^^ 500-1k depending on the paint/body, suspension components, interior. 1k if its basically pristine.

240 000 km (150 000 m), automatic, fresh paint, was a front hit, so radiator is new, also gearbox oil leaked, but they* are going to refill it, new lights, filters, liquids, spark-plugs... engine is not renovated. * all work is done by professionals.
This left hand drive Del sol was first registered in 1992 (Europe, Estonia) - how it possible? Japan?
Should I buy and how much should I pay?

Basically it just leaked after the accident.. They are offering a 2 month guarantee on the transmission and engine. Final price is 1800 euro.. What do you think?

Im looking into buying a roll bar for my 96 hatch since I do a lot of canyons runs, wanna be safer. Found this one on craigslist, guy wants $150, looks like it only bolts in with only 2 points behind driver, is this even worth it or is it just bling factor?

hey everyone, just picked up a 2000 civic si with 97k miles on it. i used to have a 1988 celicaall trac turbo with an st205 swap in it so this was a big downgrade in power for me. it's si blue with coilovers, hids, fogs, intake and a dc sport 4-1 header. no exhaust which i love cause it's nice and quiet but throaty at vtec and up. i ended up paying 5900 for the car and just want to know if i really got a good deal or not, it has a rebuilt title there are a couple flaws but nothings huge, just cosmetic things mostly. i'm assuming its rebuilt due to theft/interior/motor and tranny stolen. reason i think so is because when i brought it home i noticed there was no vin tag on the dash, the tranny, or the block. the engine bay one still matces the title. i even found a sticker with a barcode that says "b16a2" on it lol, assuming it's been bought from an engine place? it runs so amazing, doesn't burn or leak a drop of oil, and hangs with my friends gsr. anyways what's the downside to this whole rebuilt title and no tags that i may encounter in the future? :/ here's the car:

The vin thing could issue in the future if you ever try to sell it.
Basicly, the the engine/trans, and dash could/ more then likely are stolen.
The only reason some removes the vin tags is if they are trying to hide something. Sadly, finding engines with vin tags these days is pretty hard

anyway i can call state patrol and ask to get a new vin issued or something? that was it's at least legit? idk much about this stuff, i am mostly scared if i get pulled over and i get a cop that check the dash "oh, whats that? no vin tag? no engine or tranny tags? step out the car!" lol. i love the car to death and i wanna keep it for years to come cause i have a huge build plan coming for this guy.

resurface, valve job, grind and clean valves, hot tank/clean, install skunk2 valves with new valve seals, skunk2 valve springs and titanium retainers.

decked,bore and hone .5mm over to 75.5mm, hot tank/clean
im fine with the head job the only problem i have is the price for the block
