I have a 2016 Honda Civic with about 60,000. I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation at Valley Honda Illinois, and right afterwards there is like a rumbling propeller like sound coming from the front under carriage. Also, the bone heads forgot to reset or do whatever to the tire pressure gauge as it's on saying I have "low tire pressure" thought I checked it and all tires are at 32.

Any idea what the propellar like whirling and rumbling might be from what they could've done?

The tire calibration part is pretty easy. You can do that yourself. In the maintenance screen on the dash. Go to TPMS calibration while you are parked and on a level surface, then calibrate. Done and done. The propeller like sound may be the fender well liner rubbing on the tire, check that if you haven't already.
