Default 2016 Civic startup problem (intermittent)

This is a sweet driving Civic turbo with 9K miles , bought brand new in 2016. It all started when I had to give my kid's car a jump-start. She drove off happily in her car. A few hours later, when I started the civic, it wouldn't start, instead , a stream of error messages flew across the display. The car must have had 3000 miles on it . It wouldn't start, and I was freaked out. Did I do something wrong during the jumpstart?

Solution :
I disconnect the battery cable (the black one), and immediately put it back - the car started.. And behaved normally .. Fast forward 3 months. It happened again. Same solution works

At the dealership:
I got the usual talk at the dealership. They checked the battery and found no issues at all.. "If it happens again, please get it towed, Honda proudly offers 3 years of roadside assistance for a new car". How likely am I to get a car towed when I know how to fix this issue.

At this point, it happens every 1 month . It happened on June 7th, and it happened again yesterday. Maybe I should start noting the mileage.. Any thoughts and suggestions on how I should nudge the dealser's service department to nail this issue?
