VSA in the winter

VSA in the winter
hey everyone well it just started snowing where i live so i was just wonder if its better to leave the VSA on or off when i drive? TIA

I would leave it on. However, if your car gets stuck, turn it off. You'll never get out if you don't let the tires spin. Only then do you have a chance.. on one of my sibling's cars he had a traction control that couldn't be turned off and the few times it got stuck in the snow, he could never get out.

sounds good. well what happened was that when i started moving my VSA warning light was flashing and i didnt have much traction at all. so i was just wondering if the VSA was messing it up.

just had a chance to take my car out in the snow. We got like 4 inches in orange county, new york. With the VSA on i couldnt move but once i turned it off, the beast woke up. It did pretty good!!!

we had 2-4 inches in pa today and i left the vsa on with no problems.
