Slow acceleration. Car shudders and sometime turn off itself while driving
My car is a Civic 2015 EX 4-door.
So, I did the oil change at local Honda dealer and they forgot to put back the metal plate that covers the engine block under my car (mid April), and I only realized this 2 weeks ago and have them installed those plates back yesterday (6/12).
- Before yesterday (probably 6/10) I noticed my car shuddered when in reverse, or when i was putting my brake.
- 6/12, they installed the plate, and the manager said they sprayed something. Car does not shudder anymore when in reverse.
- It is now really slow in acceleration (1-2 seconds after I press the gas pedal) and it sometimes goes off while driving (with battery light and oil light turned on, but I already replaced battery recently). I had to shut my car off and started it again and it's good for 1-2 miles and those things come back.
May I know what happened?
