08 civic turn signals dont work when running lights on
So i have a 08 civic. When you just turn on the turn signals they blink fast. Then when you turn on the headlight/running light they dont work. I took the headlight out and looked. They are blinking but so little that you cant see them. What should i look at to fix them?
