POS HONDA SI
2013 Honda si with 45k mile's has rust leaky valve cover gasket ect these are just some of the issues with the pos si civic of this year. What are some of your issues with this crap si that should have been recalled

I've been thoroughly unimpressed with all production Civics since the start of the seventh gen, but they're still anything but unreliable (current turbo models may prove me wrong, we'll have to see).
Based on how you type and the purpose(...?) of this topic I'm going to assume most of these problems were user made. Theres absolutely no reason your car should have rust unless you've been treating it to consistently harsh elements.

wash your car once in a while and address the issues before they get out of hand.
I have an 08, and I have very minor rust in the chips on the hood. I live in chicago where they salt from november to march and that's the extent of my rust. I treat it at the beginning of spring and it doesn't spread.
sounds more like you either bought it that way, or you're blowing it out of proportion. Simple chemistry both explains the causes and prevention of rust.
Leaking valve cover is an easy fix. Replace the gaskets.
