Default 2012 Honda Civic LX power steering problem

The EPS light is on and wheel can't be turned. This happened once while driving (to make a turn) and once right after the engine turned on. Repeated turning on/off the engine didn't help. Checked the EPS fuse, which looked fine. Just took off the EPS module box but don't know how to check if the module is fault or not. Any suggestions? Thanks. Liam
