Let me see if I can get all the details possible to help understand what could be the problem.

I had a usb plug in the cigarette lighter charging my phone and it appears the cord I had was drawing too much power as it effected a computer as well. it caused the navi/radio to flicker and restart now the flicker cause the radio to restart, the headlights to flicker. The flickering get worse when idling at a stop light then when you are driving but still occurs when driving. I have checked all fuses and they seem to be all fine. It seems to effect the whole power system as even the idle on the engine changes when it happens. What are your all thoughts? Thank you.
