Rattling noise when accelerating/shifting and when let foot off gas
Hello,
I really hope someone on here can help me because I'm not sure what to do about this and I really don't have the money to go to a mechanic for a diagnosis. I have a 2001 Civic EX it has almost 167,000 miles on it and I've only owned it for about 6 months. Recently when I accelerate, but really it's it's when it shift gears (I do have an automatic transmission) and/or when I let my foot off the gas, there is a loud rattling sound coming from it sounds like my engine. I've looked this up and people have said to basically check under the hood and make sure everything's tight make sure it's not the heat shields and a few other things to basically make sure that things are tight under there. It's getting progressively louder although sometimes when I start my car I can drive it and the whole time it'll act perfect and make none of the rattling noises and just shift beautifully and quietly but then other times when I drive it, immediately it'll start doing it. It usually will start the first time I hit about 2,000 rpms and then when I kind of get past maybe 3,000 RPMs and I get at a higher speed it won't really do it anymore. I have no idea what this could be. I have proper amount of oil, I have ATF in it, I use the right gas and I even recently added a 7 in 1 fuel treatment just in case there was an issue with the gas but I'm fairly certain that's not it. I use 87 and my owner's manual says anything above 86 is okay. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on what this might be/solutions?

Yes I will post it within the half hour. Just yesterday it started shaking/stuttering while in idle, which I think might be motor mounts but could motor mounts account for the shaking and the rattling?? I'll post video ASAP.
