working full time y0. heres my bitch. at this time everybody knows the k20 died and a new one is coming. abs is already gone and the fuse box is hidden. polished subframe, vc, im to come and repaint. hehehe all in good time.

wait for me I been saving for this freaking swap for years I am almost done I got 2 more things to buy a radiator and shift linkage. Jeez this has been a long road being a struggling college student and trying to do the swap but man I <3 EM2 shes been through hell for me and deserves me to finish. I will have the swap and a new paint job in a month and a half. Doing the full swap with RSX type s suspension too the works hope to post it up soon !!! wish me luck fellow EM2 and ES1 lovers!!!!

maaan much love for u guyz! i bought my civic 2 summers ago for 5,300 CAD, new tranny but 180k on it. It was cleeean! so far only looks and sound mods, much rice but i looked into a k20 swap, saw a k20a3 with transmission and fuel lines for 1,400 CAD, figured it would cost me bout 3 000 with remaining parts and swap it myself, it would def give me a kick and i think its much cheaper than a k20a2 swap, then i would turbo it l8r on with more cash. Anyone got an opinion on that? i will be needing anew engine soon anyways either way because of high mileage, but i also don't want to spend a huge sum like 5 000 or over, so i figure a k20a3 would give me the small boost i need and reliability as well. I would probably only boost under 6psi considering it would be a daily driver. Opinions? im starting a full time stage in afew months, good pay so ill have abit extra cash thank god university is so expensive

how did you get the ac line around the strut bar? is that the stock ep3 ac line? i ahve the same line and could not get it around the strut bar like that.

It is the stock EP line... I had to bend and finesse it a bit to get it to fit with the strut bar though.

Nice swaps :D But why all do you guys use the K20A2 and so on to swap? like i had read, it cost you like 10k ore more! anywhere outa there was a how to K24(out of crv) with K20A head swap in EM2 and it cost him only about 5k with all!

So I´m from europe, the only way to go for me, is to swap in the K24A3 from EDM accord CL9 with acura RSX S head...i ask a engine dealer about the costs for an k24A3 engine. a lil bit over 2000€ would cost me the engine with 20.000km on it, ....so why don´t do k24A swap? it too has much more potential like K20A....
