Man your best bet when looking for headers to go with ex headers a ex downpipe and an aftermarket highflow cat with a after market cat back exaust. In the faq i think there is a link to the difrences between ex and lx. The reason you wont find any headers fora a lx is because the Cat is built right into the header nere the engine.

plugg'd relax.

Anyway, if there are smogg/emissions testing where u live ( im guessing there is since u live in NY) then getting a LX header will be illegal.

Our LX engines have the catalytic converter on our exhaust manifold, therefor if u buy a header it will replace this cat. If this isnt a problem for u, or the exhaust you bought has a cat already in its piping then u are fine, and u will just need to either get a plug or 02 sims.

i still dont reccommend getting a header for an LX tho. It will yeild minimal gains, and be more hassle than its worth.

IMO work on suspension/braking before the engine

may i ask why? if its a show car then , but for function a good set of pads/rotors/motul fluid/ SS lines would be more than adequate.

I would rock hawk HPS's Brembo blanks Motul and SS lines.
This should be fine for any street or mild track driving ( autox), and if u need more rear discs before big brakes in the front. I wouldnt do big brakes unless i was doing some hardcore track driving.
