engine problem

Default engine problem

ok. i have a 2002 honda civic ex. sometimes my car just go on hot and my rpm doesnt go any higher then 4k. and it sounds like it high revs. i had changed out my spark plugs. felt fine for about 2 days and happens again. any solutions?

If your engine won't revolve past 4,000 RPM's - You're in "Limp" mode, and the drivetrain needs inspection.

If your car is overheating - You need to flush your coolant system (including the heater core), replace the thermostat, and properly "burp" the coolant system.
