Default Code PO300, 301, 302

Ok techies can you help, had a cam plug seal replacement done and in order to do so I had to move the EGR valve (I drive an 02 civic EX). seeing that i was already in the engine bay i decided to do a change of spark plugs (NGK) and when i was through change the cam plug seal. so i removed the egr changed the cam plug seal then placed it on and connected everything. After this the car drived good then it started to sputter. Today when i started it it idled rough and them started to sputter as if it was going to shut off i had to hold a steady rev in order for it to not shut off. then cam the CEL and i got codes PO300, 301, 302. I checked the injectors they are firing well, checked the spark plug an dcoils those are firing well. could it be an issue of the EGR valve or a matter of timing please help.

Did you clean the block surface and the surface of the egr before reinstalling it?
Did you get a new egr gasket?
While the egr valve was off did you spray it and the block surface passage with some carb cleaner spray to clean the deposits off?

What's the gap on the cylinder 1 and 2 spark plugs? Just because they're pre-gapped doesn't they're pre-gapped right or weren't screwed up in shipping or packaging.

You can get an egr gasket at a regular autoparts store, you don't have to go to a honda dealer (i went to napa, cost about a 1.00). Also, pick up a can of carb spray to clean the egr and engine block passage, you can also use a small scrapper on both.

Disconnect the battery while you're cleaning to clear the codes.
