can somebody please explain to me what is city lights, how it works, and the purpose

I've never heard of city lights. You mean daytime running lights?

the purpose is intended to increase the conspicuity of the vehicle during daylight conditions

I has citylights. I did them my self. Not going to do a write up though! :p Then it wouldn't be as unique!
I belive the password JDM lights come with citylight sockets, though.

I'm about to redo them with another set of lights I have. I might make a DIY for you guise :p

One is a type r style, and the other is "mugen" style. Both cheapo depo lips lol.
