Default Acceleration problem

I have an 01 civic ex automatic that accelerates to 4 rpm and stays there when reving it to. It also does it when you put it in drive and will stay stuck at 4 rpm unless you take your foot off the pedal.

Anyone know what to do help please thanks.

You're currently in Limp Mode. Do you have a Check Engine Light currently showing?
