I started having this problem a couple weeks ago it happened once then stopped. now it has happened the past 3 days so it seems to be a problem!! While i am driving i feel a slight thump and the the VSA light, Check Engine Light, and the Exclamation Point light all 3 come on and then feels like my transmission dies. it can drive, but the RPM cant get abouve 3000. if i turn the car off and turn it back on, it runs fine except the check engine light stays on. After a few turn ons and offs the engine light goes off. then it does the whole thing again. Oil and Transmission fluids are all normal. any thoughts or ideas before i take it in?

if your check engine light comes on again, espically if the check engine light stays on. hope that helps, im sure any autozone or auto parts place will scan it for you for free.
