2005 Civic with strange wires? Help me identify? LOJACK?
Hey guys, a few months ago I picked up a manual 05 civic. Well, the previous owner apparently was not well learned in electrical matters and I am trying to clean up his mess. Thankfully I only have one light, unfortunately its the airbag, but here are some pics of what I am trying to ID.
The first photo is by the drivers footwell above the clutch and to the left.
Photo 2 is behind the radio.

i would be more inclined to think DUI/breathalyzer interlock as opposed to lojack, but that's kinda irrelevant. all the info you seek is in the electrical service manual, they pop up on amazon and ebay once in a while for a decent price

thanks for the tip on the manual. I will try to check that out. The footwell wiring though looks completely foreign to the car. I've never heard of a dui interlock??

DUI interlock is installed for drunk drivers so they have to blow in a breathalyzer before the car will start and sometimes at random while driving.
i only point you to the manuals since there is a lot going on under there. i couldn't help you off the top of my head, I'd have to look at my car and yours side by side or at least have the manual in hand while looking at your car.
