Hi all - First post..

I have a 2003 UK Civic. After the battery going flat and recharging I cannot get the alarm to stop.
Can start and run engine fine. Central locking works fine. Tried physically locking/unlocking door as well as wireless with keyfob.
Sometimes the alarm will stop for a few seconds and then start again.
I am willing to disconnect the alarm entirely just so my wife can drive to work if that is what it takes.
I am really looking for help here.

If the engine bay hood latch switch is faulty, then the alarm might go on. Check that hood switch.
