Default Viper 5901 Wiring Problems, 2000 Civic Si

I've installed a Viper 791xv and a 5900 into a Civic before, but this one is giving me some problems. I understood how the old systems worked, but they've changed quite a few things. I'm pretty sure it's overly complicated and I'll be removing a lot of wires.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this so I can finish the install and go home before school starts again.

I'll break down the list so y'all can tell me where I'm wrong. Red is what I think I should remove, Blue is what I don't know what to do with, and Green is a random question.

H1 HARNESS

H3/2__Red/White______Flex Relay Input
H3/3__Orange_________Accessory Output______________________Climate Control
H3/4__Violet__________Starter Output (Car Side)________________Starter Wire Car Side
H3/5__Green__________Starter Input (Key Side)_________________Starter Wire Key Side
H3/6__Red____________Ignition 1 Input
H3/7__Pink/White______(30) Flex Relay Output
H3/8__Pink/Black______(87a) Flex Relay Input
H3/9__Red/Black_______Accessory/Starter Relay Input

So obviously, the flex relay thing is throwing me off. I'm sure the remote start harness needs more wires hooked up...just not sure where.

As for the random questions...I plan on installing a 530t and an actuator for the trunk later on...are the wires I need labeled properly for this to happen?

Also, do I need any of the Aux outputs besides 1 for the window module? I don't plan on adding anything other than the 530t and trunk pop.

Also, does anyone know why they changed the connectors on this model? The alarm does not match the Installation Manual I have...the connectors are different but all the wires are there except the switch from a priority lock option to another Aux. Just another thing throwing me off on this.

Thanks in advance for any help. I wasn't expecting any problems from this and it looks like I was wrong

Its the same as the 791. Don't worry about the flex. You do not need it. Only thing you need is a relay to interupt the back up battery output doing remote start. If not. If you remote start the car while it is armed. It will not start and will set the alarm off. Or if you have it on a five speed. It will set the alarm off and take the car out of reservation mode.

This is how I wired everything up. Everything seems to be working except the remote start. It tries to turn over but immediately sets off the alarm. Which leads me to...

How exactly do I need to wire this relay? Somebody please help...I need to wrap this up tomorrow so I can head back home for school on Monday.

EDIT: For clarity, Red means I removed it.

I don't see a dei 520t which you should have. So you do not need a relay. You need to make sure you tagged your trigger sources correctly. What does the remote say when the alarm goes off during remote start?
