2003wideglide

I need to replace my original instrument cluster as it will no longer display the correct/true mileage (unreadable dashes). I have purchased a used instrument cluster from the same make/model car with 192K miles. If I had to guess, my original mileage is approximately 165K miles. What options are available to acquire the original mileage without visiting a Honda dealership and paying high prices for a possible mileage retrieval? Is there anyone in the Monroe or Charlotte, NC area who could obtain the original mileage from the current cluster before I install the replacement cluster.
