Check your state. Most states don't care. But California does

TN is 35%...you can get 15% (perfect) or even 5% but you're not gonna get a receipt.
Be careful. My buddy had 5% on his Jetta and got pulled over. The cop made X's on his windows with a blade then he had his day in court to pay $265 or some nonsense like that.
