For those who own a motorcycle!
Hello all, i was curious to see if those of you who own a bike enjoy it. I am planning to get one for recreational use, basically cruising, geting to hear and there, but not like hardcore racing or anything. I was wondering if i would get bored of the bike (regardless of the make and model) after awhile? Please give me some insight. P.S. I will still have a daily driver, but not something pimp

you wont get bord of riding, it will suck you in...it really is addictive. now instead of fixing up a honda you will find yourself in the predicament of fix up the car or get a better bike like i am. take the class if your state offers on..i thought it was very informative for a newbie and every rider should take it at least once. get a starter bike to learn on and then get the bike you want...it took me about 6 months of riding my 81 yamaha maxuium 550 to feel confident enough to ride my dads Heiritage...now i want one!!!!

Get a bike you will love it. Just don't get sucked into thinking you need to buy something crazy like a GSXR1000 for your first bike. Depending on your budget, I would recommend any year of Suzuki SV650 as a starter bike, or if you really need something faster you can pick up a 2-3 year old Japanese 600 (I like the Honda CBR600F4i). Check out my website http://www.motorcycledaily.com and feel free to email me alex@motorcycledaily.com if you want some more help...

i'm looking into getting a starter bike primarily a ninja 250cc (if you are selling one in nova let me know ), take the MSF course if you decide to go the two-wheeled route
i also see ur in Nova, so enroll in one of the Summer courses in Janurary or so (they fill up quick). i'm taking mine in Sept, i'm also a n00b to the hobby.

they only offer courses at community colleges, price varies.
