I'm trying to identify this motorcycle, I found in my Grandfather's garage in Portugal recently after he passed. This bike had to have been sitting there for at least 30 years! He worked in western Germany after WW2 and purchased this bike somewhere between then and when he left to America in the 70's from Portugal, leaving the bike behind at his home there...

The info may sound like it's not needed but I want to find out what manufacturer this bike is? My Dad and I want to ship it here to the US and rebuild it. But any information we can find would be cool so we can do it up in Spirit of the bike even if it is some random model nobody cares about. We'd probably do something custom like my Pops has done in the past. But I would love find out the history on this bike out of curiosity but I'm having trouble. Any experts on bikes here that might be able to help? I know its not a Honda! But hey I've met some informative people on here so who knows!?
