Since everyone doesn't like it, please tell me what everyone is doing in this situation? What have you guys been using to block it?

guess what i should have said was RPM. when i was breaking in the motor i was keeping rpm's low....when i started getting into higher rpm's i was making boost. it wasnt boost that blew the cap, it was higher pressure from the water pump turning at higher rpm's. guess when i said "getting into boost" i should have said going higher in the rpms. sorry for the mis info....but regardless dont cap that line, tee it off into another line.

its not uncommon for a boosted car to leak boost into the coolant system under high boost settings.

trying to find a nicer radiator overflow tank to finish cleaning everything up. really dont wanna buy any OBX, weapon R, E-bay junk... ANy suggestions?

Welded mine Jared, no problems We used a chunk of aluminum to suck out some heat in with that weld though. It's double skinned but the skin you weld to is thin as fark... it IS a Honda


Edit: Oh your meaning the head, sorry thought you were referring to the f/wall, sorry.
