Alllll my parts were takin off the car, cleaned, prepped and redone(that is if I didn't buy them new). None of mine were done on the car. I didn't want any type of over spray anywhere. Take your time, it'll pay off and it'll be easier in most cases.

no, all my parts are off the car..or brand new as well.. im not half assing anything, do everything once the right way.

WTF do this do. whats there perpose? and i cap them off safely? btw this is a 95 b18b motor

this one is come off of where the upper rad hose mounts up and it gose around to the back of the motor

thanks for the link..

but at 47$ a bottle ill just get it powder coated i think.. you dont think the powder coating process of baking will mess anything up on a Master Cylinder or prop valve do you?

Angle grinder?
because that is what Im using and it is taking forever

Use a 90 degree air grinder so you can vary speed. Swing by Lowe's and grab some 24 grit 2" grinding disc. They last longer than they look like they would. It will also help in getting in those small areas.

mac 90 degree air grinder with the roloc discs.

discs are expensive.. and yes it takes forever.

That's the one I use. My discs came in a 3-pack. Somewhere around $6 a pack. Sucks, but they last awhile.
