I'm super low (front lip .5" off the ground) but I don't think I've ever bottomed out the upper arm against the tower... guess I won't really know until I look up inside the tower

The height of your lip doesn't quite determine how low you are. How high are your jack points?

Low enough to require serious effort to get my low profile race jack under it, I can't accurately measure now since my motor is out, but my front subframe is 2 inches off the ground without a motor, I'm so low I bent a front tow hook... right now my ground controls are all the way down in the front, can't remember the rear...
I went through two oil pans when I had the d16 in it from wearing holes through the pan

It is, I normally don't have issues, I only break **** when I go downtown and get it the wrong lane on certain streets. Not even sure how I bent the tow hook...
The worst thing I've done downtown is break a drivers side motor mount
Its not easy being low lol

Most of the body shops around me they can barely speak english and I am cuban so it isnt a race/nationality thing.I mention water borne paint and they look at me like I am retarded lol.I have heard metallics and perals are where you really notice the difference becuase of the thinner consistency of the paint allows the flakes/particles to really lay dowen flat.

most paints are water based now... that whole environmental thing lol
i've heard the paint flows better out of the gun and lays better, since the water based paint is thinner then its solvent based counter part, so it will lay without surface imperfections for the most part, at least from what i've seen

Y'all do realize that a smooth cowl cover with no vent holes will prevent the cabin from getting any fresh air inside, right?

My s13 doesn't have wipers, or a blower motor
I drove it everyday day to school, like a 70 mile round trip... rain, snow whatever... never had issues
