Ryan's car is probably the hottest jetta on earth right now. No, I'm not joking. Also, my buddy matt's golf is probably the hottest golf on the planet. BTW, the orange one has a 400whp turbo VR6 waiting to be plopped in.







But then again, it's just a buttramming VW.. honda4lyfe

 

what the hell is this? the result of a law suite involving a woman that was too fat to fit into a regular beetle? *sigh* what's this world coming to?

yea the green one is amazing, well so is the orange one for that matter, i cant believe people cant open thier minds a little bit, look beyond stereotypes and realize that these are coool cars.

the only 2dr jettas were A1&A2's i believe and they're rare.

 

you are correct, they were rare, i have seen a few, and im a large fan. Rarity is my favorite aspect of tuned cars.

 

People are so close minded, you guys are almost as bad as the vortex when I comes to stuff like this It all about different styles... and any real car enthusiast can appreciate different types a car. I for one would bounce on a old 454 chevelle or a 5 gen civic with a b18c1 or a MKIII gti with a 20v 1.8t swap. by the way, Ryan and Matts cars are the freaking stuff

 

This car was just finished this summer.. 24v VR6 (not yet in america), jazz blue paint, mk4 dash, etc.. Rear GTI panels grafted onto a jetta. Built by East Side.




Nimbus mk4 two door, built by 1552 design, just finished this summer as well. Completely custom rear glass, rear GTI panels grafted on, lots of other crazy ****..

awesome some one pulled thru on the 2dr's. I agree about alot of people being close minded, it makes me sick that these are awesome cars, and people are like ewww VW!

ok i was told about this thread from a friend, i love clean honda's and acuras just as much as i love dubs...so here is a couple pics of my car, my car runs 14.8's with just chip, and exhaust...could be better but i dont race that much so im not complaining, i can give alot of cars a run for there money so thats all that matters right now..but here are some pics





















and for all those who think its rice, you just have a very closed minded opinion, just like alot of the dubbers have about honda's and personally you are the ones that ruin the scene..like someone said previously a clean car is a clean car.

I have always liked VW's. Air and water cooled. My favorite ones have always been the Jetta's.... I have a question for you VW dudes..... How much does a VR6 swap go for? Just the swap and not the labor work. And this would be for a 95 Golf or Jetta with the stock non-diesel engine. I know that it would be better to get a Golf with the VR6 already in from the factory but it is just that I have seen some Golf's with bad engines for as cheap as $2000. thanks guys.

 

you can find vr6 swaps for less than 2k and these engines will have less than 50k miles on them.

 

i use to own 2 mk2 gti's before i had a civic. personally both cars are great.
nothing like clean styling.
