I've got one in the works right now. A 95 Civic hatch. Just pick up a set of Teg seats frt and rear. Springs and some old school TSW rims.. It will look badass when it's done!

a hod-rod themes car does not have to be rusted, neither do rat-rods. I like the theme but I wouldnt rust any panels of my car. "Jdm" addicts have an image of how a honda should, and there for do not accept the different style.
heres an example in order to save this thread...
since this trend isnt so big in the honda world, ill post pics of an mk4
THIS **** IS GANGSTA

[QUOTE=Black95EJ1;36583511]Wish I had new, less-whored-out pics but it's cold and the car is jacked up for the winter so these will have to do until next spring.
And yes there was a lot of natural rust before I destroyed the paint.[/QUOTE

Re: Let's see those rat rod styled Hondas/Acuras
my opinion is let people do what they want.
and my opinion on this style is....
old rusty vdubs are sick IMHO. but when hondas do it, it looks like they try too hard. im not trying to bash anyone on what they like, if you like it, go for it! dont let the haters stop you.
in reality, there are probably people talking about this same subject, except theyre talking about JDM. why does some little stupid thing, such as a bumper pole, make your car just a little cooler than the next? it probably never even gets used. except at meets(for show)
all in all, do what you want. if its your car, you can do whatever the hell you want to do.
here are some rat/hood rides i saw at a show a while back. i like em

sorry to quote a pic, but I really like this one. It made it over to my "home" fourm DSO and I am happy that it did.
Nicely done, keep ignoring the negative comments, most of the people posting them can't even spell or punctuate.
