Default Easiest way to get out spot welds?

I know the easiest way would be a spot weld remover. But where do I get one? How much? I guess I could drill them out. But that's a pain in the ***.

I rearended somebody. What I guess would be the radiator support has spot welds on the bottom brackets. I have a parts car to take parts from. I just need a way to get that support off and put on the other car without mangling it. Help HT.

I don't want to destroy the piece I need.

This I fear will be way too hard. But I feel it will be my only choice.

Drilling is the way body shops do it. Sorry, but if you feel it is too hard, you should let someone else do it. There is no easy way out.
