it's a drycell, so there's no fluid in it to leak

here's mine, i haven't put the trunk carpet back in or ran the wires for my jumper terminals yet but here it is.
*forgive the wires that were extended... I made a stupid and didn't measure right so I ended up having to solder a bit extra, solder joints are perfect though, they flowed complete and all the way threw.*

The lid is coming I just have to clean up the inside welds so it will fit right and drill and tap the sides for the bolts to hold it in place, I really need to get a different battery. Hopefully this is safe for now lol

Did you vent the battery to the outside?

I don't really know.. I was at the track witht that same set up and they told me the only way to run is if it was vented to the out side, I asked but they didn't explain it to me... so I put it back in the engine bay..

Because of that, the battery casing cannot be completely sealed to allow for the gas to escape. When you move that type of battery inside your car, the gas will escape and stay inside your cabin and can ignite. You can put it in a box, put a cap on it and seal it tight, poke a hole and run a hose to the outside.

This is why drycell batteries are often used inside the car as they are considered sealed batteries and don't emit gas.

Here is my battery relocation. It will change up once i get my yellow top battery. It uses a 100 amp breaker, and a 200 amp cut off switch.

im having a hard time finding a battery that will work.. mainly cuz i dont know which one will work haha. would that kinetik hc600 up above work for a build and turbo d16z6? only electonics would be gauges, a radio and two regular speakers, and maybe two tweeters.
