Vtc or vvt actuator replaced and still making noise

Vtc or vvt actuator replaced and still making noise
I replaced the vvt solenoid yesterday on a 08 honda accord 2.4 . It was making the rattling that they all do at startup over time . I replaced it changed the oil and the actuator is still making the noise. Any ideas. How to check why its doing this. When people replace them normally does it just go away ?

Changing the actuator requires removing the timing chain.....
