Default Suspension squeal / turning squeal

Most of the time, when i'm parked, and i turn my steering wheel, there is a noise that occurs down below near the tires/struts/springs. I feel like it's a suspension part or axle or some stuff like that. I did notice it a few months after i dropped my car with springs. I'm not sure what part is making this noise. I feel like maybe theres a lot of pressure on the joints in the suspension / axle and it's making that noise. But sometimes, rarely, i don't hear it and turning the wheel is smooth and quiet. The sound kind of sounds like bed springs creeking. Are my stock parts getting worn down from the aftermarket drop? too much for the OEM parts to handle?
