Default Widening Fenders

I have an 03 Honda Accord 4 door. I just got new wider wheels and It made me notice that my Driver Front fender/left side of the bumper (metal and plastic bits) are pushed in when I made a slight scrape a while ago.

Its pushed in about maybe half an inch or so but it shows because of the wheels...how do I push it back out? i tried pushing it out from the wheel well, but the liner of the wheel wells in the way.

Is it damaged from a collision, or is your front end out of whack?

If it's collision damage, you could obviously remove the liner to get a grip and pull the fender.

yea it's from a collision, i'll needa figure out how to remove the liner then..

I was also wondering if there's anyway to maybe make the fender stick out like....1/4th to half an inch further outwards than normal? I'm running 225's and they stick out from the fender JUST a bit
